- የኩባንያው አመሰራረት (Background)
ጢስ እሳት ውሀ ስራዎች ኃ/የተ/የግ/ማኀበር በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ሕግ ቁጥር 166/1952 ዓ.ም አንቀፅ 510-520 ወይም በተሻሻለው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ህግ አዋጅ ቁጥር 1243/2013 አንቀጽ 495 እና ተከታታይ ድንጋጌዎች መሰረት ታህሳስ 14 ቀን 2001 ዓ.ም በጋፋት ኢንዶውመንት እና አመልድ ኢትዮጵያ በአንድ ሚሊዮን ካፒታል፣ በጥቂት ሰራተኞች እና በሁለት የቁፋሮ ማሽኖች ተመሰረተ፡፡ ኩባንያው በየጊዜው ሁለንተናዊ አቅሙን እያሳደገ በመምጣት አሁን ላይ ካፒታሉን 206 ሚሊዮን፣የሰው ሀብቱን 268 እንዲሁም ማሽነሪና ተሸከርካሪ ወደ 48 ማሳደግ ችሏል፡፡
የክልሉ መንግስት የኢንዶውመንት ተቋማት እና የልማት ድርጅቶች በአባይ ኢንቨስትመንት ሆልዲንግ ስር እንዲተዳደሩ ባወረደው መመሪያ መሰረት ኩባንያው በአሁኑ ስዓት በአባይ ኢንቨስትመንት ሆልዲንግ ባለቤትነት ተልዕኮውን እየፈፀመ ይገኛል፡፡
- Background of the Company
Tis isat Water Works PLC was established on December 23, 2008, by Gafat Endowment and ORDA-Ethiopia, starting with a capital of one million, a few employees, and 2 drilling machines. Now, its capital has grown to 206 million, its workforce has expanded to 268, and it has 48 machinery and vehicles
In accordance with the direction issued by the regional government to incorporate endowment institutions and development organizations under the ownership of Abay Investment Holding, Tis Isat Water Works is currently operating under the ownership of Abay Investment Holding.
The primary goal of establishing the company is to enhance the use of the region’s water resources by addressing existing gaps, and it operates as a for-profit development organization striving to make a significant impact in the industry. For years, the company has successfully fulfilled its mission in the construction sector, delivering over 1,500 water construction projects to its clients across various sites, from urban centers to rural communities of Amhara region.
Furthermore, Tis Isat is actively engages with customers to understand their needs and expectations, creating a collaborative environment where shared goals can be achieved.
