- የኩባንያው አመሰራረት (Background)
ጢስ እሳት ውሃ ስራዎች ኃ/የተወ/የግል ማህበር በነባሩ በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ሕግ ቁጥር 166/1952 ዓ.ም አንቀፅ 510-520 ወይም በተሻሻለው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ህግ አዋጅ ቁጥር 1243/2013 አንቀጽ 495 እና ተከታታይ ድንጋጌዎች መሰረት እ.አ.አ ዲሴምበር 2008 1,000,000.00 ካፒታል ጋፋት ኢንዶውመንት 99.9% እንዲሁም አመልድ 0.1% የባለቤትነት(ባለአክሲዮን) ድርሻ በመያዝ ተቋቁሞ አሁን ላይ ካፒታሉን ወደ ብር 170 ሚሊዮን በማሳደግ በውሃ ጉድጓድ ቁፋሮና ተያያዥ ስራዎች፤ መንጹህመጠጥ ውሃ በመስኖ አውታር ግንባታ ፕሮጀክቶች በመሳተፍ የክልሉን ህዝብ የልማት ተጠቃሚ በማድረግ ጉልህ ሚና እየተጫወተ ያለ ኩባንያ ነው፡፡ ኩባንያው ሲመሰረት ከክልሉ መንግስት ለህዝብ አገልግሎት እንዲውሉ 2(ሁለት) መለስተኛ ጥልቅ ጉድጓድ ቁፋሮ ማሽኖችን በመያዝ ወደ ስራ ገብቷል፡፡ ከተወሰኑ ዓመታት የስራ እንቅስቃሴ በኋላ ደግሞ የመጠጥ ውሃና የመስኖ አውታር ዝርጋታ ስራዎችን ለመስራት የውሃ ተቋራጭነት ዘርፍ የስራ ፈቃድ በማውጣት ወደ ስራው በመግባት የደረጃ-1 የውሃ ተቋራጭ በመሆን እየተንቀሳቀሰ የሚገኝ የህዝብ የልማት ድርጅት ነው፡፡
- Background of the Company
Tis Isat Water Works PLC is established mainly by Gafat Endowment in December, 2008 based on the Commercial Code of Ethiopia proclamation number 166 of 1960 article 510 to 520. During the establishment of the company Gafat endowment holds 99.9% at the same time Organization of Rehabilitation and Development in Amhara Region (ORDA) also own 0.1% of the total share. The company founded on an initial investment of Eth. Birr 1,000,000.00 which is now grown to an asset of Eth. above Birr 170 million. The formal charter and agreement were in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial laws. The company is the endowed to the public and expected to play an important role in the area of water resource development to improve the lives of Rural Communities of Amhara Regional State through provision of clean water supply and irrigation construction services and also performing deep and shallow wells drilling activities. Now the company operates its services in the region and licensed as level-1 water contractor.
